Rising Sun Children’s Center

Established in 1990, Rising Sun Children’s Center (RSCC) is a state-licensed, non-profit, non-sectarian, privately owned and operated facility that provides extended day care to children 1 to 5 years old and offers preschool programs designed for each age group. RSCC teachers meet all state requirements and are highly qualified and dedicated to excellence in education.

RSCC’s mission is to provide quality child care programs while educating the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, academically while providing a safe, healthy, nurturing, stimulating, multicultural and home-like environment.

RSCC is Keystone STARS participant and is presently at STARS Level 3. RSCC is also a participant of the Pre-K Counts Program through the School District of Philadelphia.
