Established in 1990, Rising Sun Children’s Center (RSCC) is a state-licensed, non-profit, non-sectarian program of the Korean Community Development Services Center.

RSCC takes pride in being rated as a 4-star center in the Keystone Stars Program and participates in the Pre-K Counts Program and the PHL Pre-K Program.

We are located at 5224 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19120, and are open between 7 AM and 6 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
